There were a few actual new releases this year i liked…Steve Gunn, Britta Phillips, i loved the Hope Sandoval & Kurt Vile track, several tracks on the Sam Beam/Jesca Hoop. In the end it is these obscure soundtracks that save my soul, however. In a year when it was most needed. having them issued on wax & in many cases given Deluxe treatment is even sweeter. thank you Dusty Groove & LITA!
